I'm always getting frame in frame error (see image), when I click on
on "Configuration" tree node in administrative console (all notes collapsed).
It It is not expanding with first not folder node opened. Instead it opens
index opens index page, which is frameset in right frame.
I constantly see such behavior on *http://beta.in-portal.org* websites websites.
Can Can't repeat this locally or on any other project from 5.0.x branch.
