In-Portal "Development Wheel"
TODO: Need to remove some wording in "Alpha" phase on Blue arrow. For now we are going to keep on Refactor & Develop, but remove other arrows and signs (ie. Framework, Extensions). The rest can stay as, but might change in the near future to better fit the project.
